1. Who you're buying from

Monby Technologies, Toronto, Ontario. Contact: hello@monby.ca. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. What you get

Tidy T2125 is a digital spreadsheet template for the 2026 tax year. You get a link that makes your own copy in Google Sheets and an .xlsx file for Excel. Access is immediate after payment, and we also email you the links. Nothing is shipped.

It covers the federal Form T2125 and GST/HST. It does not cover Quebec's QST or Revenu Québec's form TP-80, so Quebec residents will need to handle those separately.

3. How you can use it

The template is for keeping your own business records. You can edit your copy however you like. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the template or modified versions of it.

4. Not tax advice

Tidy T2125 helps you organize your records. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and you're responsible for what you file. Have your accountant review your numbers before filing. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. Refunds

If the template doesn't work as described, email us. We'll fix it or refund you.

6. Updates

Fixes to the 2026 version are included. If we correct an error or release an updated version, we'll email you, and the links in your email always point to the latest one. Templates for future tax years are separate products.

7. Your information

We use your email address to deliver your purchase, send your receipt, and tell you about corrections and updates to the template you bought. We won't send you marketing emails unless you agree to them separately. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
